HR Professionals – Building Competence in Organisational Transformation

October 12, 2018 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Village Hotel Cardiff | 29 Pendwyallt Road | CF14 7EF Cardiff

Calling all HR Professionals – Organisational transformation has become a way of life for organisations in a rapidly changing world, often with less money to achieve the desired outcome.

Organisation transformation if done well can have positive impacts but if it is delivered poorly can have serious consequences.

The session will focus around the challenges faced by the HR function when going through a redundancy process.  Giving advice and coaching to those who will have to lead difficult conversations with members of staff who find themselves at risk.

Aimed at all HR practitioners, this panel discussion, from the perspectives of an experienced HR practitioner, a lawyer and an expert in outplacement, will be a refresher and a fresh perspective for senior HR practitioners and guidance for those less experienced, allowing you to make this difficult process as painless for the organisation and for those affected as it can be.  There is an opportunity to participate in some activities to build competence and certainly some food for thought in improving HR practice!
